Risk Sharing
The supports for FIRCO operated programs have been based on the concept of Risk Sharing instrument of government policy, which contributes to the integral development of the rural sector by channeling additional financial resources and minimize the risk involved undertake investments for the strengthening and diversification of production chains. Estos recursos serán recuperables sin costo financiero ni participación en utilidades, para facilitar una inversión sujetada a su recuperación al éxito de la misma. These resources will be recovered without financial costs or participation in profits, to facilitate their recovery investment attached to its success. En el caso de recursos clasificados como subsidios, la recuperación de los mismos se hará en beneficio de los propios productores. In the case of resources classified as subsidies, the recovery thereof shall be for the benefit of producers.
El "Riesgo Compartido" es un instrumento de fomento que permite canalizar recursos públicos, privados o mixtos, para resolver la insuficiencia financiera de los inversionistas y sus limitantes iniciales para acceder al capital de riesgo ó al crédito requerido para emprendimiento y el éxito de sus proyectos.
